How long is repair turnaround time?

Typically there is a 1-2 week wait for instrument repairs, depending on the work needed and how busy we are. Rush jobs and Front of Line service can be purchased for a fee.

Has my order arrived?

 

From placement date, special ordered items usually take about two weeks to arrive. However, some brands require us to build up a multi-item order before placing it, so there may be longer wait times involved. Delivery estimates & tracking available once order is placed.

Can you ship to me?

 

We are currently not offering shipping or delivery options at this time. Orders placed in store or online will be shipped to Noteable Music and you will be called when the item(s) is/are available for pickup.

Does my guitar need. . .?

We are unable to offer assessment via phone or email, as we need to see the instrument in person to assess the nature of the work needed. Assessments are provided free of charge with no obligation of service by walk in or appointment.

Can I order. . .?

As long as we carry the brand, yes! Special Order's require a minimum of 50% or more down payment to order the item(s) for you.
